Who’s behind ExploreFeelGood?

I’m David, born and raised in France🇫🇷 , from a French mother and a Portuguese🇵🇹 father. Now (un)officially a world citizen 🌐
I used to work as a businessman, before life made me realize I would rather spend my time exploring the world and getting to know & befriend its inhabitants.
I had a first adventure called « Around the World in 80 Months », mainly hitchhiking👍 and Couchsurfing🛋️. I’m now on its sequel.

I can easily communicate in French (bonjour, comment va?), English (hey wazzup?), Spanish (hola, qué onda hermano·a?), Portuguese (eai, tudo bem galera?), Italian (ciao bella·o , tutto bene?), can have a basic oral conversation in Russian (privet, kak dela, vsyo khorosho?), and exchange a few simple sentences in German (hallo, alles klar?), Japanese (konnichiwa, genki deska?), Chinese Mandarin (ni hao ma) and Arabic (salam khuya/khti, labass?) 🗣️

So far I’ve been to 64 countries… quite many I know, and I’m happy about that, but « only » at the same time, for so many years on the road, because out of those 64 there are actually 18 where I have spent 3+ months… yes, eighteen countries where, in each, I have spent at least three months, so I could get to know places and cultures deeply 🏠

During those years, countless people have asked me to write a book (several telling me « I’ll be the first one to buy it »… but I realize that all but one, eventually, can’t be telling the truth, obviously 🤪), make a documentary, a movie, etc. For sure, with so much time traveling, and even more with my way of doing so, there would be much to tell about. But as much as I like the idea of having the finished product, it’s hard for me to think about the time it would take me to make it happen… while there’s so much left to explore, still! 🎒

So, I’ve now decided to start new explorations, sharing them with the world this time, with YOU, as fast as possible or even live when feasible/worth it, so I can thank the people met along the way, and help YOU feel like if you were there, exploring with me, getting inspired… and maybe to meet in real life… somewhere, someday! 🤙
